QUICK (LEFTOVER) TURKEY MINESTRONE

 

In a saucepan, combine:

14 oz can of chicken broth

14 oz can of stewed tomatoes (no-salt-added) 1 cup water

  • cup cooked small pasta shells (can use rice-based pasta) 1 cup frozen peas
  • cups cubed cooked turkey

 

Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes to heat through Makes 4 servings
